First of all, getting to level 100 is the most important thing because level difference matters ALOT in PK ..and you need the attr ( hitrate/dodge ) And my Skill level guide is !!! - Concentration Maxed,Sword Mastery Maxed,Illusion Slash(IS) Maxed,Beserk Maxed,Dual Sword Mastery Maxed,Blood Frenzy Maxed,Deftness Maxed,Shadow Slash(Stun) Maxed,Stealth Maxed,and Poison dart level 9. My base stats are 100 Str/96 Agi but you might be 100 Str/94 Agi or so on. Agility is the best way to go especially for PKing in CA ..dodging is alot better than having alot of HP unless your highly gemmed like "iSiku". And for equips,i'd go DE Boots ,gloves,Armor 110%.I personally think those are the best BUT if you want to or if you can,get Corp Kylin Paw
(Has to have +60dodge) Oh yea and on armor,i suggest Grandiose Armor if you can afford it also. Best swords are DE. For a good mix,i suggest using 1 Str DE and 1
DE Agi. It gives you attack bonus + the attackspeed you'll need for later. Now lets talk about the rings and stuff. I suggest (for new players on good path) to buy Lv65 rings that give decent str and just use Soul Generator ( Lvl 60 necklace) from NPC. Alright now the gems!! For Armor i highly suggest Gem of Colo(GoC) first socket..Undead Azreal 2nd socket,and Soul of BD 3rd Socket. Those are the best gems that'll supply you defense. Boots - gem of wind first socket,Bings dodging 2nd socket,and azreals dance 3rd socket. With those gems,you should get high dodge. Gloves!! OPTIONAL: I use azreal aggregation but GoStriking/Gem ofStriking works also!. I would put Azreal agg or Striking in first socket,next would be lust 2nd socket and Lock"s Hit 3rd socket. For Swords!! if you want high attack damage for DW PK than i suggest Chipped Rage OR Great rage first socket,GoR/Gem of rage 2nd Socket and azreal glares 3rd socket!!! IF you want attr stats ( hitrate ) than put Lustrious Gem first socket,Gem of rage 2nd socket,and azreal glares 3rd socket!! Oh yea i suggest DE cap for non mallers,110% hats are best and the gems i SUGGEST are Chaitans Aurua (for critical , lv5+ is good), Gem of colo 2nd socket,and Undead Azreal 3rd socket.

Alright OPTIONAL Suggestions: If you ever mall 85uns swords or +18 forging cards heres a tip. For Swords for crus,NEVER get 95uns because its not as good as 85uns 110%..now for +18 Forge card ...Flame eye/Great rage/azreal glares are the gems you should get...and for NEW kylin sets on crus..best would be Dark Kylin Set
( 90 DC/USD) And if you can afford a hat.i'd mix your Dark kylin set with a holy kylin helmet. And for godness rings ( best rings in game) i suggest you get GD1 for great dodge but if you rather be a slasher ,get GD 2 it'll give you higher max ( 12 strenght more but lost of 40 dodge) Oh right! and pets i use mordo jrs ( for droprate bonus)
Str / Con / Acc / Agi for all purposes..Str + Acc + Agi for CA and Str + Acc + Con for DW...
